Kate Warby Designs understands that sometimes buying jewellery on the internet means you are unable to try on the pieces first.  Therefore, if you are not completely happy with your piece, please don't hesitate to contact us and Kate will happily discuss your concerns.  If the product is returned it must be done with in two weeks of purchase and at the clients expense.  Please take care of the piece and send it back to us via Express Post or Registered post.
